International Orders

We are always delighted to send orders to customers outside the UK. Orders are despatched either by Airmail or Courier, depending on the size and weight of the parcel.


For EU countries (including the Republic of Ireland) a standard delivery charge of £3.95 will be added to the order.
For other worldwide destinations, a standard delivery charge of £6.95 will be added to the order.

For Channel Island customers, the standard UK delivery charge will initially be applied to the order.

We may need to contact you prior to despatch to request an additional shipping contribution if, due to the size and weight of your order, the actual shipping cost significantly exceeds the standard charge applied. You will then be asked to enter a number of International Delivery Units here. To do this, you simply change the Quantity to the number of units quoted and click on 'Add to cart'.

Please feel free to contact us for more information prior to placing your order if you would like confirmation of whether any additional payment will be due. This can then be added when you place your order and will avoid any delay in despatch.

We are able to supply a VAT invoice in Euros for International Schools if this is required by the home country.

We do accept International Bank Transfers from International Schools unable to pay by Debit/Credit Card. A standard charge of £7 applies.
