International Orders

If you require delivery to the Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Europe or other world-wide destination please contact us first (giving details of the items you are interested in ordering) before placing your order, so that we can let you know the shipping cost to be added. This will avoid any delay in despatch.

Delivery costs are dependent on the size and weight of the parcel and the country it is being delivered to. Orders are despatched either by Airmail or Courier.

If you have already placed an order, we will need to contact you prior to despatch to request a shipping contribution. You will then be asked to enter a number of International Delivery Units here. To do this, you simply change the Quantity to the number of units quoted and click on 'Add to cart'.

We are able to supply a VAT invoice in Euros for International Schools if this is required by the home country.

We do accept International Bank Transfers from International Schools unable to pay by Debit/Credit Card. This is, however, an expensive option as a standard bank charge of £15 applies and you should be aware that we will need to add this to the order payment.

PLEASE NOTE - Before placing your order with us, we would also advise you to check whether any additional import taxes/fees would be required by your country's customs service once the goods enter your country, as you would be liable for payment of these.
