UK School / LEA Orders

UK schools that do not wish to pay by credit / debit card have the option of payment by invoice - there is no need to set up an account to place orders.



School or LEA orders can be placed in one of several ways:

1. Simply add your items to your shopping basket and then choose 'Payment by Invoice' in the drop-down menu (instead of 'Payment by WorldPay') when you reach check-out. Please note that the invoice address must be that of a UK school, nursery or LEA.

If your invoice is to be paid by the LEA, Please insert the school Purchase Order number during the checkout process in the General Information 'What was your reason for buying?' box or let us know via the 'Contact Us' page. An invoice will be sent out with your order.

2. By telephone / fax to 01737 842017 (quoting the school Purchase Order number if your invoice is to be paid by the LEA).

3. By post to Focus on Phonics Limited, Wheelwrights, 33 Wheelers Lane, Brockham, Betchworth RH3 7LA (quoting the school Purchase Order number if your invoice is to be paid by the LEA)

Postage and packing is free for orders over £35 before VAT (for orders of £35 or less, a charge of £2.95 will be added).

To assist us with deliveries, please indicate school opening times if you are ordering just prior to a school holiday.

INSPECTION COPIES - Although we do not send out free samples, we are happy to send items to UK schools on an approval basis with an invoice. Please note that this does not apply to software products. Goods are returned at school's own cost.

SCHOOL TRAINING / REP VISITS - Our company supplies a range of phonics resources to individuals and schools both within the UK and worldwide. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide training or rep. visits to schools.

SCHOOL WEBSITE LINKS - If your school has a website and you think that parents would find our site of interest (we do know from feedback that many parents like our 'Hear the sounds' page for example), please feel free to add a link to Focus on Phonics.

INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL ORDERS - we are always delighted to send orders to our customers outside the UK, and we have good courier rates for European International School orders - please contact us first for a quotation prior to placing your order.
