Lively activities in the Pupils' Book develop children's writing, grammar, comprehension and vocabulary skills. The activities are linked to the Anthology texts and help children consolidate and apply what they are learning. Grammar is taught in context and through writing to make it meaningful for children. Partner work is embedded in the programme - many of the activities are rooted in discussion, which helps to develop children's spoken English.
