Returns Policy
We hope that you will be fully satisfied with the goods that you have bought. However, if you do wish to return any items from your order, please do so within 14 days of receipt, un-marked and un-damaged (in resalable condition) for either a full refund of the value of the goods (plus original delivery charge if appropriate) or an exchange.
If you receive an incorrect item or goods that are faulty or have been damaged in transit, please let us know straight away and we will either offer you a full refund or replace the goods at our cost.
PLEASE NOTE THAT, UNLESS THE GOODS ARE FAULTY OR SENT IN ERROR, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURNING GOODS TO US. We recommend you use recorded delivery and obtain insurance, as proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
Please note that any product packaging (e.g. on CD-ROMS, tapes, etc.) must be unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) for us to be able to issue a refund. We can only accept the return of opened packaged items if they are faulty.
By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within a cooling off period of seven working days from the day after the date the item is delivered.
Refunds are normally processed within 7 days of receipt.
